Orkz should be modded so that the more dangerous it is to be in the fortress, the more migrants would show up to partake in all the flesh rending fun. A 'safe' fortress should get no migrants at all.

Which is why I propose that we change booze to be fermented cat blood, and made using a secret technique taught by Armok himself to his most grand prophet at the dawn of time. It's method has been passed down from brewmaster to brewmaster for generations, longer than the beard of Urist The Old.

Considering how high an alcohol content the average dwarf has anyway, it shouldn't be very hard.
