Skilled hammer or other weapon skill
Skilled Armour User
Skilled shield user
no wrestling
novice swimmer
then distribute the rest between thrower and ambusher

Taking wrestler is pointless, you can get your adventurere to legendary in no time just by change preferences - close combat on every solo predator you come up against
