Smash Bros Rip off

Yeah. I'm making a smash bros rip off.
Download it if you want to play as Ace Dick, Pickle Inspector, George Bush, King Leonidas, Towelie, or Godzilla

Currently, it's a little unbalanced, so give suggestions. Next up on my list is Problem Sleuth, Yuki Nagato, and possibly Clippit.

Well, you can only play with P2, by pressing enter over what you hover, there are no attacks, no main menu. This is unfinished and you shouldn't have hosted it until later.

Sorry. Forgot to post controls

Arrow keys + ctrl for Player 1
WASD + g for Player 2
Enter to go to go past character select screen
Mouse to choose for Player 2.

Maybe you're right, I shouldn't have posted until later, but I was too excited.

Suggestions- Main Menu, controls listed there. Damage goes up, lives lost by falling off the edge as in traditional smash bros.
I can play it, but it isn't fun atm.

Well, I didn't completely want to rip off smashbros, so I gave a health meter instead of a damage = fly farther thing. Besides, I like stamina mode much better.

Falling off the stage does 70 damage.

A good start, but it still needs a lot of work.

Oddly enough, i kinda like the ultra-low quality graphics. Drawn in MS paint?

Gamemaker's built in graphics program. I am known for my awrsome [sic] cartoon graphics.

As for how long it will take, each character takes about a day of work to do (about 2 hours), as I must

Draw sprites
Code
Create Final Attack
Debug
Create player 2 version (I have to duplicate and modify all objects).
Debug some more if I haven't got them all.
Create character select screen

Each area takes a short amount of time to create.
Bugs are quick and easy to fix once I realise I need to fix them.
