Making stocks faster to use

I have some tips on the stocks:

1 - Making it easy to set the maximum barrel/bin amount
2 - Being able to take an item out of a bin when trading
   (I have not tried any of the possible tricks, but anyway)

1. How is it not easy to select the maximum barrel/bin amount?

2. You can already select individual items inside bins when trading.
