I'll admit I've only played a few hours of Adventure Mode ...

Still on all tries so far I've had the same problem:

I get some drunks or even Weapondwarves to form a party. We take a quest, walk to the destination, find the cave ... no problem.

But once inside, I kept getting into this situation:
"The Bronze Man hits the Drunk"
(I can't see either of them. Where are they? Let's look south.)
"The Bronze Man ... The Drunk grabs the Bronze Man's head ... the Antman hits the Drunk ..."
(OK, South wasn't the right direction. Where are my guys?)
By the time I've found them, usually one of 'my' Drunks is passed out or dead.

So, basically, I spend too much time loooking for the critters to kill, rather than killing them, when in dungeons.

Is there a way to show where your party members are even if you can't see them at the moment? I'm thinking maybe there's an option I just didn't see yet. Or does anyone have hints on how to see the exact spot where an event/attack happened?

For now they may be lost in long halls, but it can be a nice option to show them on minimap.

Also I couldnt find any weapondwarves... Where did yo uget them?
I'm now almost all-legendary killer of few dosens of bosses and still travel alone. I just don't like those poor drunks to be killed in 1-2 hits but some shard golem. If only I had weapon dwarves...

There aren't any in the latest version. Best thing if you want fighters is to create a couple adventurers and retire them in a common town. You can then recruit them.

I sure found some weapondwarves to come along with my speardwarf in 33g. I just went to an NPC fortress, descended some ramps and they wandered around, an axeman and a maceman. Talk to them and they are happy to leave the boring generic-castle of emptyness.

Back to the origional suggestion, I think it would be a good idea of the location of your party members was on the minimap.

Maybe this is a bit too un-DF like, but why not just let you share line of sight with your party? Meaning, you can see what they can see.

I wish we could "hear" what was going on.  When ever we get a message like "The Kobold hits the slugman!" there's just an "N" or "SE" next to it so we can tell what direction it's coming from.
