At the beginning I thought about something simple like joining forums about games that know not of DF's existance. We then promote it and make people love. If we get as little as 1 man a week It's still worth it  ;D. Also everybody that goes to school get some friends and teach them about DF make them love it. Make them carp hugging hippies! (oh my I got too much into my elf part  ;D).
Anyway as a minister of advertising I say that agressive advertising is the best !
