Dwarf randomly going unconscious?

I ran a quick search here on Unconsciousness, but didn't find anything. So i'm posting a quick question: can someone explain why one of my dwarves just randomly (and often, several times on the way somewhere) falls unconscious? I checked her wound page, saw nothing.

Is there a body part or injury that would cause this?

All parts are colored white? checked if there's an additional page with wounds?
In my current game i've got a dwarf running around with a punctured lung and refuses to rest.

Can you scroll down on the wounds list?

Your dwarf could be missing half his fingers and you might not be able to tell at first glance because the wound screen isn't big enough.

Cave spider venom from bites occasionally paralyzes a dwarf for the rest of their life.  This was an issue in 2d, haven't seen it in 3d but may still be true.

I thought I had a similar problem, but after scrolling down the wound list, I found a wound in the right eye.  Why the dwarf is fine for a few seasons, then keeps falling unconscious when ever going to drink is beyond me... ;D
