Designate item as thrown [Adventure]

You might be able to steal a bit of code from Fortress mode an allow the player to designate items as projectiles in Adventure mode so that they don't need to be manually selected every time a player throws something.

1) Player decides to throw item:

2a) If there are items designated as throwable in inventory, pick the most valuable.
2b) If none are designated, ask the player to pick something to throw, as currently.

3) Player chooses target.

4) Lizardman is struck squarely in the head with a +<<large>>+!
