[40d][ALREADY REPORTED, IGNORE] Water freezes in waterskins

I'm playing in "world in ice": i.e. the whole world was generated with substantially lower temperatures than default settings. I found a underground water, magma pipe and started fortress. So, there is the problem: I cant use my squad with order "water is carried" - unit walks a couple of tiles water freezes in his waterskin. Then, unit realizes that there is no water left in waterskin (only ice) and goes to refill. And so on. Now, each person in my army has about 500Kg of ice.

It is still playable if forbid water carrying, but rather sad :(

The fact that the water froze could not be a bug, isn't it?

I mean, -30°C, water does froze in waterskin even in a backpack.

The bug is about them not dropping the ice.

# 000971 □ [dwarf mode][jobs][equipment]    (Report) if the water in a soldier's waterskin freezes, they'll keep trying to refill it, even if the water continues to freeze

I'm not sure it'll let you, but renaming the thread to "Already reported, please ignore" or something like that might be helpful.
