Allright, i get an ambush, so i order all of my dwarves inside. However, i notice that my miner keeps trying to go outside to a mining area.  So, just as he picked up the Job AGAIN, i go over to the area, and cancel it all.

THe dwarf decides to wander outside run to the canceled tile, giving a question mark, as if asking "What the hell do i do" and then wander all the way back inside.

Keep in mind that while i realize that they tend to pop outside during "dwarves stay inside" command, he had to run 250-300 squares to get to the spot then run back.
