Specifically, it changes veins/clusters back to the normal, unsmoothed layer stone-Smooth Native Silver Cavern Floor to Granite Cavern Floor, for instance.

Probably related, as obsidian wasn't the normal layer type either.

some modifications present: Added [ADVENTURE_TIER:*] to all civs, and [CIV_CONTROLLABLE] to all but kobolds.

Not a bug. Any vein/cluster floor will be ruined by construction and hence will revert to basic underlying rock. Veins are thin, you know
