Dwarven King is an Elf... lolwut?

So the Liason for my Dwarven caravan was an elf. Pretty wierd I thought. I had to double-check the civ screen. Upon inspecting the who's-who of my Dwarven Civilization, I see that the King and basically everyone else are Elves. At the top it says the civ name, then Dwarven, then underneath, the name of my "Ruler/Elf King". Pretty odd, no?

How else could it become king?

Nah this is not odd at all, at least not in the latest major version.  :)
The worldgen results are quite "interesting" very often.

I guess the elves have taken over; along with the Dwarven Elves, there are two separate Elven civilizations (one titled 'The Season of Beards' lol)

In an unrelated note, the Goblins civilizations name is " Strambeaspuz 'The Inferior Incest' " eww.
Proof that no amount of imagination and writing skill can compete with random generators.
