planting too late in season - is this normal behavior?
« on: January 14, 2009, 01:27:21 am »

I set the growdur on Plump Helmets to 2016, and set active seasons to spring, summer, and autumn.  It is now midsummer, and my farmer is still planting.  I thought this shouldn't happen, since it will be winter by the time the growdur has expired.

Is there something else I need to do to make this behave properly?

I think that's long enough to still mature, I think there are more 4000 time units per year.

It might be a bug.  I've had it happen with completely unmodded plants where I could sometime keep planting them right up to the changeover to a forbidden season, whereon all the now illegal seeds just vanished.  Might have stumbled into the same problem.
