Enemy Empires - Mmmmhhhhh, do you mean two empires fighting each other or just empires you don't like. Looking for a world to check out things about engraving, I accidentally got something that may be something like the second notion for people:

A LARGE world dominated (one third or maybe half of it) by a single forest region - yep, elven forest retreat galore all over, with two elven civs, one of them being dominant.

If you are curious, I uploaded the map at the map archive.

(Since it also has all races and at least 9 megabeasts - including rampaging dragons, I also uploaded it at the depot where you can also get the gen data)
