[40d] Dwarves walling themselves in at the same time

Two of my dwarves went up to put up some stone walls... and then I notice after awhile that they're just sitting there. On tiles with newly made walls. They can't seem to get off. :(

a known bug, designate the walls to be removed and they shall instantly free themselves.
