A son of a navy seal trained in sniper and heavy arms he has great stamina due to being forced to swim in a  pool most his life he left the vault when his father died and
his abilty to improvise allowed him to stay alive a long while.He killed a whole clan of mutants once with a peice of a bayonet.Cut his hands all up too.He wandered into town after getting attacked by a bunch of mutants.Likes heights.Has a scar on his chest.Has a sense of duty to those who feed and or pay him.
