That's all I have for now, my question is, if they are infilitrated, should they be spouting conservatism or promoting liberalism? What's best? My country changed for worse in a totally horrible way.

Since no one bothered to explain it:

The more infiltration a sleep has, the more effect their communication attacks will have.  Since they are already at C+, spouting conservatism can't raise their infiltration any higher, and just damages public opinion.

Actually, Karlito, even if they are at C+, their infliration can still increase. C+ only indicates that they reached the highest level of inflriation, but the infliration rating can still increase.

For the most part, it's good to just turn them to Promoting Liberalism anyway...since those sleepers have to be useful for something.

I never spout conservatism myself.

I usually toggle my sleepers between laying low and Promoting Liberalism at Trusted Cons. Level.  They start promoting when they reach trusted, and go back to laying low if their infiltration drops to known Cons.  It just takes to long to get to Arch-Conservative level by laying low, IMO, and I never spout conservatism either.

It's a lot of micromanagement, but I tend to Spout Conservatism until they hit C+, then Promote Liberalism until they drop two levels or become eligible to recruit, at which point they recruit or Spout Conservatism. If their recruiting goes badly enough, I'll just have them Spout until they're C+, then switch back to Promoting and watch like a hawk for the instant they can recruit once more to start with as much cred as possible. But generally, I "charge" them up to C+, let them burn cred for two levels, then recharge to C+, et cetera ad nausum.
