[40d] Dwarf A kills Dwarf B a year after A dies? Burning death

Dwarf A died from a Titan. One year later, Dwarf B died from being set on fire by a Dragon that B had just killed in the fall of 1057, but in the legends it says that Dwarf A killed him. Here's the entry showing Dwarf A:

Had dwarf A and dwarf B ever had an altercation, like a fist fight?  I think this might come from dragonfire deaths not being recorded yet (I think it's a req), and then any previous wounder would have been counted as the slayer, if even the wound were minor.
