[40d] Dwarf is crowned posthumously...
« on: December 06, 2008, 02:45:34 pm »

Title says it all.  According to the world history .txt for the region, the king died in 141, but ascended to the throne in 142.  Any ideas?

Two dwarves with the same name?  It would be a pretty huge coincidence, though.

It could be related to something else I've been meaning to report.  If a dwarf owns a bedroom and dies, he still owns the bedroom.

Alternately: The Brick Testament. It's a really fun look at what the bible would look like if interpreted literally. With Legos.
Just so I remember

Doubt it.  This is occuring during world gen, and the outputted text file thathas the histories of the different civilizations lists the last dwarf king (they all died or were conquered) as dying in 141 and becoming king in 142.

Out of curiosity, what does Legends say about him?

If you can't read it, it says:

I don't have anything productive to add to this, but Taritus, I love your avatar.  Mine on another forum is the Level 2 Sleuth Diplomacy, the one where he's shooting the tommy gun while smoking a cigarette.

I hadn't managed the distinction.  That's funny.
