My Volcano/Magma pipe does not seem to be refilling with the precious, precious  red gold of yummyness.   I turned off heat tracking and weather for Playability reasons (lag) do they interfere with volcanic activity?

PS my volcano is completly dry. Yes, That is a pump, I was trying to pump more magma out..

My volcanoes refill even with weather and temp off.

Refilling is indeed pretty slow, though.  About the same as a pond in the rain.  I wonder if you screwed yourself by digging too deep and drying out the tube?  I have no particular reason to believe so, just putting out strawmen.

I should make an experiment.

It does refill rediculously slow. When I started letting magma into some prepared channels for forge stuff I did it at the same level as the highest magma level and was surprised by how long it was taking. It was just about done last night filling up to a useable height so I expect to be forging when I start it up again tonight.

did you reveal before or after you found the magma? maybe that has something to do with it?

Wait... lava flow? Isn't that the bottom most level of the pipe? That's supposed to be where it refills from, I don't think it actually contains lava, just spawns it.

yeah, it doesn't contain magma. Magma spawns above the highest level of magma. Perhaps there is no highest level if you remove all magma? In that case, spawning some magma with a utility might fix your problem.

magma fills in drips and drabs onto the magma below, it might well be that as your magma is empty its evaporating before a stable amount of magma can form.

Yeah, reclaiming's buggy from what I've read. Magma shops not working again, volcanos not filling up properly and such. Haven't done one yet myself, I just starts fresh
