Designation: Move stone.

This would be selected on an area, and all Dwarves will simply remove the stone from the area, moving it away. This would make for a nice for the appearance, but also so that you could put stockpiles in places where your legendary miner just dug.

Or try FUBAR! The best chocolate bar ever!
And you can't eat them, either, sadly. Even though it'd make sieges so much more fun; dwarves lining the walls, drooling and carrying sharp knives and forks, ready for the upcoming meals.

Try the dump designation.  You can set up a garbage dump zone near the area if you don't want them to go far.

Stones don't take up space in non-stone stockpiles anymore -- your dwarves should happily throw barrels on top of them.  Additionally, for appearance concerns you can use d>b>h to hide all the stones.

Thank you sir.
