how do i get rid of previous worlds?

 In the DF folder:
 Data.
 Save
 Select everything except current, and press delete. All the worlds are now gone!

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

When you hit continue playing in DF, a folder will be listed for each save/world. If you have the init set up to make backups at regular intervals there will be several for different times in the same world. Make a note of the ones you want to get rid of then go to data\save\ and delete the folders you noted.

Personally I don't tend to bother deleting old saves as they take up very little space.
