Cave Spider Silk on Unpathable Workshop Tiles.

It's quite annoying. The only way to get rid of it right now is to deconstruct the workshop...

The spiders are looking for a nice, cozy out of the way place.  They should make silk there more often.

I have been saying it since the 2d versions, dwarves should be able to grab things from adjacent tiles.  Make it take longer or something.  If a dwarf can build a floor standing next to location, and can remove a floor standing next to it (depositting the flooring material where they are standing) then they should be able to grab an already loose item when they are standing next to it.
