Sheer cliffs & more z levels toggle

Like the title says, some init toggles for cliff sloping and dynamic z levels(15 up 15 down) vs all z levels at the cost of some fps. IMO it would be cool to settle on a 1v1 area and digging some hundred odd levels downwards, building an inverse skycrapper. IIRC the latter was the default while Z levels were still in development but disabled because of memory issues on larger maps.

I thought the underground was generated during worldgen, not on the spot.

I actually had a 20+ cliff on a map just next to a volcano. A huuuuuge "inverse skyscraper" was build overlooking the volcano. Was a fun map but there were too much enemies around and I eventually gave up.
