Great game. Downloaded the demo last week. You run a movie studio, making the movies, hiring the actors, running the schedules, etc.

Great.  Thank you SO much.  I totally didn't need those six hours of my life at ALL.

I just released an enormous big-budget sci-fi film with a religious order on a convent ship (and lots of guns and explosions).  And then used its vast proceeds to fund my werewolf eroti--er, I mean, my werewolf movies.

Gah.

This game needs some kind of viewing process beyond just watching the opening credits.  Just get a group of people to type up a few thousand movie segments, pop in a random name generator or two, and voila.  Perfect game.  I guess not every developer can be Toady.  Pity, this could've been awesome.

Great game. My best film was a awesome horror film called: "The Pink Dress". Starred all unknowns that I discovered(Meaning I maxed them out) and then I cranked production values.

My only issue with it was my trial ran out.    

And a full lincense costs a whopping 50$    :eek:

So...  What makes this different from "The Movies", exactly?  Aside from not being able to see your movies?

It's text-based and that's all I know since I've never played The Movies.
