Im pretty sure many of you guys do a lot more complicated things with your pumps but I havent messed around with them much, only to get through aquifers and now this:

Ive always wanted to make my own forest fire like the magma dwelling creatures can - they're so all-consuming and awesome.

I made a self-powered, self-contained pump next to the magma pipe and siphoned off 1 square's worth of magma ready to unleash onto the green green, soon-to-be-ash lands.

I pulled the lever and magma sprang forth but didnt set fire to the ground

I went to bed with a heavy heart but woke up the next morning with the answer screaming in my mind.

ALCOHOL!

Yes, my pretties. A single barrel of forbidden booze carelessly left near the magma pump's exit point will cause a big assed forest fire just like the magma men and fire imps manage!

I was all set to use this Weapon of Awesomeness +1 when i discovered my ancient nemesis, Rain, is more powerful.

O well maybe I can try a long line of forbidden booze barrels to create controlled explosions where i want them.
