Explorer/Investigator Noble of a sort
« on: October 22, 2008, 02:51:52 am »

Wouldn't it be nice if there was an explorer noble of sorts that went around the map, detailing exposed veins and gems and such? I do! The explorer could also report what kinds of wildlife reside in the area, including in the streams and pools. You could set how much time he puts into exploring, kind of like how you can set how accurate the bookkeeper's records are. Alternatively, you could instead adjust how detailed his reports are. So what do you think?

You could have them noseying around, looking for the dwarf who killed the baron.

If his reports let me zoom to exposed features, I'd be all for it. I hate getting a mood that needs gems, I know I left some unmined somewhere, but I can't remember where.
