My Page Up and Page Down keys don't seem to be functioning correctly. When I press PgDn to scroll down a menu, such as active liberals, nothing happens...

Has anyone experienced something similar to this?

well, no.
first of all, go edit init.txt to say "pagekeys = page".
if you did (why?), try changeing it back to "pagekeys = brackets" and use [ and ] like the rest of us.
finally if none of that works for you, change it to "pagekeys = AZERTY" and scroll with . and /

The init.txt file in the directory of the program exists because of this very problem. Many people have experienced it, and the main way to get around it is to just take the game off of requiring page up and page down. It's less reported now because switching to brackets is, for most people, just easier all around. If you change the init.txt file, and then restart the game, it should work better for you. Hopefully.
