Wouldn't that make it a x=England=x? I mean, if it was !!=England=!!, it'd be causing everything that touched it to burst into flames and die a horrible, slow, and agonizingly oblivious death.

There's a whole myriad of things that could fit that description.

In the UK 'roach' can also refer to a piece of Card inserted into one end of a filter-less roll-up or joint to hold onto and so not waste tobacco/weed.

 I know that because I smoke, and the guy who taught me to roll was a stoner :D
