That's nothing.  In one of my world gen's, completely unmodified, several goblin civilizations have turned into All Elf Civilization.

That's not uncommon.  I frequently end up with "goblin" civilizations with either a single digit goblin count or none at all.  They snatch too well and hit the pop cap for their local sites (they don't seem to expand quickly enough to keep the goblin population growing), so the only goblins left are the existing ones, who slowly die off from war/megabeasts.  It occasionally happens with slaves, too.  In vanilla DF, I think humans take prisoners of war, so you might rarely see a "human" civ full of goblins or elves.

Only if He lost a hand too. Hmm, I think I'll regen this world with culling turned off and see what happens. History should be the same if I use the same seeds correct?

Pretty sure culling makes the world different, even if you use the same seed(s).

I don't think legend culling should affect world generation. It fist generates the legens, and removes the redundant ones after that to save space, right? I can't really be done the other way 'round.

"Goblinised" Elves remain cannibals? Do they still have the wood fetish and total metal/stone allergy?

Corapethima, "The Incinerated Sieges"

A: 336 elves, 130 losses
D: 8 elves, 3 losses

Defender was Victorious.

Part of Vesifa Fetho, "The Conflict of Savagery"

In 194, The Tundras of Weakness attacked The Gloomy Spider of The Ugly Tick at Profanekin.  The elf Cacame Shovedlions led the attack, and the defenders were led by the elf Zom Crumblewitches the Malignant Circumstances of Thinning.

(50+ Kills at least later)

In 194, The Duel of the elf Cacame Shovedlions and the elf Ozud Archsteals the Mean Crowd of Menace occured.

Cacame Shovedlions, elf
Repelled
Ozud Archsteals the Mean Crowd of Menace, elf
Stood fast
(70 + kills later)

in 194, the elf Lulo Hailedcontrols was struck down by the elf Ozued Archsteals the Mean Crowd of Menace in Profanekin.
In 194 the elf Ozud Archsteals the Mean Crowd of Menace devoured the elf Lulo Hailedcontrols in Profanekin.

Best part of the whole war (thousands died), was that the "Light Elves" started the whole thing.  "One of the most significant causes of the conflict was a dispute over Truthfulness."

It's clear what happened...

The Elf was an avatar of Gruumsh reincarnated as a bloody tree hugger.  The greenies rescued their God, poked out his eye and awakened his wrath.  He proceeded to eat civilization as we know it.
