Suffocation

I just had an axedwarf suffocate. No context that I know of; one moment he was hanging out in the barracks, the next he was dead. I don't have any wrestlers, so it couldn't have been a sparring accident, could it? Could it be from wearing too much heavy armor. He had recently recovered from a wound, if that makes a difference.

Anyone else had this happen?

Brain and spine injuries can also lead to suffocation.

Canceling breathing due to being interrupted by a pathetic creature also leads to suffocation.
