Flows push creatures through grates

A pump generated flow just pushed a dwarf through a rock grate

Somewhat problematic considering this happened in my swimming pool and the flushing tunnel has no open air. Poor Bembül, I hardly knew thee

Was this a floor grate or a wall grate?

I've had trouble with wall grates/fortifications/etc before, but have so far not heard of any problems with floor grates. If flows are pushing critters down through stuff thats news to me. And bad news, given how my waterworks have been laid out...
