I just reclaimed a fortress that had breached a magma pipe formerly, but built no magma workshops.  Now in the reclaim, magma workshops don't show up in the build menus.

This is bug 784.  I have a save for it, but I haven't gotten a chance to look at it yet.

You cannot  deconstruct Magma  Workshops that arenīt there
The bug is that fortresses that with a magma spot in their  area that were abandoned 
(in my case before detecting  the location of the magma) and later reclaimed
donīt raise the necessary event for Magma Workshops to become visible.
In my case the fortress was abandoned in ist last year (due to  the inhabitants getting killed by a giant toad). I later reclaimed the fortress, found the magma  pool and  dug into it.
Normally I would expect Magma furnaces and the like becoming visible, either after getting the Message "Warm stone detected", or after digging into the pool (and making it visible with this action). But nothing of this kind happened.

As a workaround, make NEW magma workshops!

magma workshops are usually unlocked after breaching magma
but in his case, probably a bug with reclaim

no magma buildings were unlocked
