Registration Errors

Registration was broken...  some email delivery probably.  If you tried to register and it didn't work out, things should work now.

Well, it still gives an error.  But I managed to register an account anyway.  I'll look into it.  But I fixed one problem, so people shouldn't have trouble posting now.

Well, it turns out there's a stupid bug (which I haven't fixed since I don't know Perl, although I'm going to try).

Apparently, if I set email to "enabled" the lost password feature gives an error and registration doesn't work.  If I set it to "disabled", the lost password feature works (which is totally wrong), and registration is still broken.
