[40d] Planters spam job cancellation when missing seeds

Forgive me if this is old, I may have previously missed it as I use small farm plots most of the time.

My orders are set to "Announce some job cancellations"

This spam doesn't help:

Hmm. Do you have several large farm plots, one for each crop type, or a bunch of very small farm plots?

I get this message occasionally, but I think only once per farm plot per season, even though I have about five farmer dwarfs.

Oddly enough, I get this even when I seem to have plenty of seeds. (And later, I'll see that they've been planted in the plot.)

But I don't get this notice very often, either, so it's not a big deal to me.

Probably because the seeds haven't made it back to the food stockpile yet. Just like how the dwarfs will starve to death waiting for food to be placed in stockpiles.
