The reclaim group of dwarves do not use or disassemble previous buildings

When the first embark group embarked, they were all killed by a collapsing shelf (at the same time), so I reclaim it and I get 21 fresh and bright eyed dwarves ready to be abused. I first have them destroy the previous forge, but they never budge to take it apart, same with the wagon. They have the skills required to take it apart, but never move to do it.

Check if it's forbidden.  I think I've read that everything starts off forbidden during reclaim.

I looked at the buildings and all the dwarves are able to use them (permitted) but I did not see any signs of the building being forbidden. Anyway of knowing?

Ah ha! I used the view items in buildings and unforbidded them. They are happily slaving away now.
