This was sort of mentioned in this topic, yet was seemingly ignored:

So the Caravan of the Lost is gone... Yet the dwarven liason is still MIA. I've had three caravans (one with pack animals and two with wagons) and still have not seen hide nor hair of my liason. This sort of miffs me as, well... I needs flux!

If the liaison didn't die and you are getting dwarf caravans again, then I'll take a look at a save if you've got one.  I'll need the region folder in some kind of zip/rar/7z, and any new objects that were added to the raw folder.  If it's less than 20 megs, you can send it to toadyone@bay12games.com.  You can also try The Dwarf Fortress File Depot which has a special section for bugged saves.

I'm working on the save. Checking my seasonals, I don't really have anything very useful as I clean up the seasonals every DF year or so to remove the (CLT) tag from my save folder.

I'll have it up somewhere down here when I've got it right before the caravan arrives. I figure then you can look at it pre and post arrival. ;P
