[40a] Legendary childgren don't get professions when growing up

If a child has had a strange mood and become legendary, when he grows up he becomes a peasant and gets the peasant colour. He is still flashing as legendaries do. The profession name doesn't take into account his other skills (grower from gathering plants) either. This continues until he changes level (dabbling->novice->...) in a profession.

This bug has been present for a while. If you want a quick fix for it, draft them into the military and then dedraft them and they will gain the proper title, but honestly, the titles don't really have any affect on how well your dwarf works, so its not a very big deal.
