So no much a bug as an FYI.

When playing with my modded version with 14 major races, I end up with multiple races showing up at once to trade. Before, we only interacted with 1 spring race, 1 summer race, 1 autumn race, and (if modded in) 1 winter race. That let me have multiple races for each season while only worrying about an overlap in autumn (where the dwarves showed up regardless of other races). Now, I have a very very busy trading post!

Just something that should probably be figured out as you do caravans.

On a related note, you may want to think about allowing for more realistic trading then just whatever races are nearby. Since you've got different civs per race, in some worlds it'd make more sense for you to trade with, say, two different human civs that border your lands then to trade with the elves who are half a map away.
