This may not technically be a bug, but it is notable enough as an exception to the general dwarf behavior rules.

Long story short, I had a dwarf fall asleep on a brook tile, and no thought was generated other than "slept without a proper room".

I was under the impression that any surface other than an actual bed spawned a bad thought when slept on.  This breaks that assumption, but it's definitely a very low-priority fix, if indeed it's a problem.
