Changing resolution and problems with hotkey commands

I´ve got a problem with the hotkey commands, like [d]esignations or stock[p]iles, which stopped working. But [space] and [esc], for example, are working fine.
I think it started when I changed the resolution of the game.
What can I do?
Is this a bug? If not, what am I doing wrong?

I'm a bit hesitant to ask, but do you perhaps have CapsLock activated, or did one of the Shift keys get stuck? That would explain why non-Shiftable keys like Esc and Space aren't affected ...
