[39e] river out of nowhere

I made a large world and settled on an island in the middle of a lake only to discover that the only river on the island came out from the lake itself.

Yeah, there are a number of problems with rivers vs. lakes and fewer but still problems with rivers vs. oceans.  They'll dip in and out in various profane ways, but I haven't made it a high priority since it's annoying for little return.  I'll get to it at some point though.
