[39c/d?] Spawning in enemy civs taverns

This one is simple. When you travel in Adv. Mode and go down in a town of an human civilization your civ is at war with you'll spawn inside the tavern just like in any other town. Only that the mayor will see you and target you instantly along with everyone else in town.

I guess this is not exactly a bug and it's more of a missing feature but adventurers which are enemy to a civ should spawn on the town border. Not in the center.

Huh, do you have a save?  There's a check for that, but I guess it's not working.

It's taking too long to upload, when it's finished I'll post the link. Meanwhile here are the world parameters...

The last elven civ it's at war with a human civ. If you play as an elf adventurer and go north the the forest retreat captured by humans you'll see the bug. There's also another bug. The elven capital was captured long ago (judging by the amount of human buildings there) yet there are lots of elves from the elven civ still living there peacefully (including the elf civ leader). Apparently they never got the memo. Elves won't attack the humans unless they see you being attacked by humans. But they are still at war.

I got a similar thing where I had many elf companions and they were at war with the humans - they weren't mad at me yet.  I went to the city, we started in some tavern and the elves opened fire!

I think I've figured it out (haven't fixed it yet), but it'll be good to have this save for ease of testing.
