Random Ichor...

I was looking around my map and noticed a single white tile of grass.  The [k]ommando goggles say it holds 'A Spattering of Ichor'.

I'm pretty sure vermin don't leave blood splatters, so it's not phantom spiders, and the only creatures that leave ichor are antmen and GCSs.  I know I don't have any of those around.

Am I wrong on either of these things?  And if not, where did this ichor come from?

The wiki says that vermin can bleed and leave ichor.
