I reclaimed a fort with an iron anvil, and I reclaimed the anvil too, but whenever I build a forge it says "need fire safe anvil"

There's a slight issue with reclaimed objects: dwarfs won't interact with them, but you can channel under it (or drop it via cavein if they won't channel) and it'll become usable again.
