Dwarves barely sleep at all now. They probably break longer than they sleep.

Did you check whether the dwarves were awoken by noise? It would generate a bad thought. Noise is produced from all sorts of jobs, if you were digging or have a workshop near your sleepers they would be bothered by noise.

Is it me or all the game is way faster now ? Maybe it's because I started a new fortress (and the previous was around 20 FPS), but I found that time past much faster, and dwarves take break more frequently.

Nah didn't check good point. I noticed this at the start of my  game so they weren't sleeping in nice quiet quarters or something.

Game does seem faster than my previous fort in 39b, but I'm in a smaller region and also wider halls so dunno.

Sleep lasts about 30 seconds on my computer now.  When I fixed the sleep-forever bug, the sleep times decreased as well.  It can be tweaked, but I'm not that worried about it for now.
