[39c] Wounded did not wake up after healing

Wounded continue to rest after complete healing, then they become thirsty, hungry and no Give Water/Give food jobs generated for them, then they simply die from dehydration or starvation whichever comes first.

Temporary coma-recovery workaround: If they're in a bed, take the bed apart. They immediately hop up, in my limited experience.
I've only had one coma-dwarf and taking apart the bed woke him up instantly.

In relation to this, my trader/outpost manager got attacked by a fire imp and was lightly wounded in the middle of speaking to the human liason, then went to bed to rest and has never woken up, with the liason still sitting in his room waiting.   :-\
