Who gets trained?

When a Liberal teaches a class, how is it determined who gets trained? Is it only those Hanging Out? Only the Libs at that safehouse? Do those on Squad missions miss out? Do missions like Causing Trouble, Selling Brownies, or Making Graffiti, which imply leaving the safehouse, make you miss lessons?

Oh, and as long as I'm asking questions - does having a guitar equipped make any difference when Selling Music? Does having a Spraycan make a difference in Making Graffiti, or Selling Art?

when somone teaches a class, everyone will be taught in the same safehouse. (including brownie peopel and mission people. But excluding prisoners, obviously)

I don't know about the tools (my guess is no). However wiki is your friend
