RANDOM_DEF_SPHERE
« on: July 15, 2008, 12:10:48 pm »

I talked to a hammerman and found this  (the shoe symbol is a clothing symbol, my tileset brakes it; Maybe it's a ] which shouldn't be there?).
"Life is, in a word, RANDOM_DEF_SPHERE]."

I'm not sure what's going wrong here.
The specific line he's using goes:

Life is, in a word, [SPEAKER:HF_LINK:DEITY:RANDOM_DEF_SPHERE].

Which shouldn't be broken.  Can you take a look at your data/speech/greet_worship.txt and tell me if the aforementioned line is the same as it is in mine?

EDIT: But yes, that is a closing bracket, somebody had this problem earlier but deleted the save so Toady couldn't fix it.  Do you happen to actually have yours?

Well, currently I have 2 hammermen with me which both say the same thing.
Also it's definitely a closing bracket. If you remove it from data/speech/greet_worship.txt, they say "Life is, in a word, RANDOM_DEF_SPHERE" without "]".

This is the save of me in town with 2 hammermen with me.
