Ok, much much better now.

Suggestions / Questions:
- Have visible buttons for all the commands
- How do I toggle between 3D and top down mode?
- Include a readme file
- Have the pan feature use the right mouse button, not all mice have middle buttons
- Attach - and + to the zoom
- Increase the default sensitivity of the camera orbit
  (I'm having to drag and let go several times just to rotate once)
- Add a pan feature to the 3D camera (right or middle mouse drag?) (so that I can move up and down through the layers)
- Add Page Up / Page down to move camera up and down through layers, as apposed to < > which switch the visible layers.

- Change the window title from SDL_app to "FDFMap 3D viewer" or some-such
- Add an icon to the window

Bugs:
- When I maximise the screen all the textures break and I get plain colours

Bug's fixed now, the window title's changed and now there's a README. :)
